Odd QID line with ...d6
After 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 e6 3.e3 b6 4.Bd3 Bb7 5.Nbd2 c5 6.0-0, I noticed a remarkably high number of games where Black responded with 6...d6?!

Does anyone know a book or authority who has suggested this move?

I give the move a ?! because White can get a solid advantage by advancing his e-pawn to isolate the a- and c-pawns after 6.dxc5 bxc5 (after 6...dxc5, White can dominate the center with b3,Bb2)

I've only seen one game where White played this dxc5 moves, so I think this constitutes a new idea here.
