RE: Introduce yourself!
Got MOZ a month ago and I really like it. Really nicely written and focuses on themes and not endless variations of responses to black's 27the move... I mean, it IS an opening book.

I started going to a chess club one night a week, usually play about 5 games in three hours. After 10 games trying to play the Colle, I got to play it one time only, a version where black plays h6. Can't blame the book for that, though!

RE: Introduce yourself!
hello , I am Jerry from Tuscaloosa Alabama and no I am not an Alabama fan, I am an Auburn Missionary. LOL

I am an old geezer and was intrigued by the K-C story and decided to play the opening to honor both of these great Chess minds. I live in a Chess dessert and only get to play on vacation to South Florida. So a special shout out to my chess playing buddies in Sarasota, Venice Beach and Port Charlotte.

I am an old preacher man, so time for study is limited, once I attained 1826 playing the K-C exclusively. And did well in a couple of the Armed forces tourneys in DC. My computer skills are poor . so I am having to muddle my ways through this site.

I found an error in one of the game using the move generator: http ://www. zuke-dukes.com/chess.html?ZukeBookBasePgn.txt&ParsePgn=2 the problem was an incorrect knight move. hope this helps.
